Quelles sont les étapes-clef lors d'un achat immobilier ?

You have visited a property that you like. What steps do you need to take to proceed with the purchase? 

 

1.Sending an offer

Our experts will provide you with a standard form to bid on a property. 

2.Countersigned offer

Once the offer is submitted by your care, and then accepted by the owner, our agents will transmit it to the notary of your choice. The latter takes the necessary administrative steps to draw up the 'Sales Agreement'. 

3.Loan acceptance- optional step 

If you are taking out a mortgage, bnauqe will provide you with the documents to submit to your notary in order to register the mortgage. 

4.Sales Commitment

After reading by the parties, a contract of sale is signed before a notary. This document details the elements necessary for the sale. A guarantee is requested at this stage - often 10% of the final sale price -. 

 

5.Authentic Act

Maximum 4 months after the signing of the compromise, a second appointment is set at the notary to sign the authentic deed, during which the balance of the sale price is due, as well as the related costs. The authentic instrument is the one that allows the definitive transfer of ownership.
